Formed in 2018, Hwy Haul is building a next generation digital freight platform for fresh produce that connects Shippers (Farmers, Distributors, Wholesalers and Retailers) directly with Truckers, by eliminating intermediary friction, introducing end-to-end digital applications, and building advanced cold chain compliance.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced individual who will be responsible for managing day to day customer service, exception management in the load/shipment lifecycle and creating a magical customer experience. This role will involve engaging with customers, warehouses, carrier partners and other stakeholders in the business value chain to fulfill our customer promise

What you’ll do
  • Build processes for your team based on your past experience in Customer Services
  • Monitor the performance of agents, track KPIs and report to the management
  • Develop a schedule and manage timekeeping to ensure SLAs are met with high-quality service to Customers
  • Constantly partner with the Product and Engineering team to improve the efficiency of the Operations
  • Hire, onboard, train and lead a team of Customer Support Agents
  • At least 5 years of proven operations experience
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven work-ethic in a high-volume setting
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal & written)
  • Motivation to solve problems and simultaneously manage multiple tasks at hand
  • Must be able to work independently and think out of the box
