We are looking for a talented individual who can lead our Operations team

In this role, you will
  • Hire, onboard, train and lead a team of Customer Support Agents
  • Build processes for your team based on your past experience in Customer Services
  • Monitor the performance of agents, track KPIs, and report to the management.
  • Develop a schedule and manage timekeeping to ensure SLAs are met with high-quality service to Customers.
  • Constantly partner with the Product and Engineering team to improve the efficiency of the Operations.
The ideal candidate will have
  • At least 5 years of proven operations experience.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven work-ethic in a high-volume setting.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal & written).
  • Motivation to solve problems and simultaneously manage multiple projects.
  • Must be able to work independently and think out of the box.
