Syed AmanCo-Founder and CEO

Before founding Hwy Haul, Aman was the Director of Supply Chain at Walmart where he successfully led and delivered various logistics and transportation products and brought them to scale. He was instrumental in laying the foundation of Walmart’s online grocery platform and scaling it to a multi-billion dollar top line. Prior to that, Aman spearheaded warehouse automation and robotics implementations for various Fortune 200 companies in Europe, Asia and North America including GAP, Target, Samsung and Avery Dennison.

Aman holds a Bachelor’s degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India.

Sharan GrewalCo-Founder and CTO

Passionate technologist with a go-getter attitude!

Sharan has held various Engineering leadership roles at @WalmartLabs before co-founding Hwy Haul. Sharan played a pivotal role in building massively scalable solutions for Walmart’s online grocery, last mile delivery, pharmacy and photo verticals. Prior to Walmart, he led digitization of business processes for Wells Fargo Bank, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Wellpoint.

Sharan holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.

Zahed KhanCo-Founder and COO

Zahed co-founded Hwy Haul following a 30 year career in produce and logistics. A serial entrepreneur and an ardent businessman, he built and exited multiple produce and trucking businesses after scaling to millions in annual revenue. Over the span of his career, Zahed has mastered building retail, wholesale, and logistics operations brick-by-brick, owning the end-to-end supply chain for some of the largest grocers in the country.

Mohit SinhaChief Business Officer

Mohit has 20 years of experience at the intersection of technology and business management. Prior to joining Hwy Haul, he was the Digital Partner and Regional Business Head at Cognizant, providing leadership on Digital Transformation, P&L Management, Sales, and Business Development. He has closed multiple multi-million dollar enterprise deals working with leading financial services clients in markets like US, UK, Europe and APAC. In his roles across leading technology firms, he has created strategies to enter new markets, acquire new clients, forge complementary business partnerships and grow existing portfolio of business.

Mohit has an MBA degree from Indian Institute of Management.

Vilas PatilVP of Design & User Experience

Vilas is a product design leader with 20+ years of experience architecting and building scalable design systems, processes, and experiences. With a rare blend of brand, product, and service design, he enjoys crafting experiences that make a connection with the users. He is a T-shaped individual who understands the importance of balancing the depth of Design with the horizontal business needs. Previously, Vilas has held design leadership roles at Yahoo!, Cisco and Symantec, where he and his teams designed products and experiences impacting hundreds of millions of users around the world.

Ana holds the key role of HR Business Partner. With nearly 10 years of experience at the intersection of employee satisfaction and company growth, Ana is entrusted with facilitating the happiness of Hwy Haul employees. Prior to joining Hwy Haul, Ana led Wellness programs, DEI and New Technology adoption.

Kishore BopardikarCo-Founder, Eileses Capital

Kishore Bopardikar is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Eileses Capital. He co-founded Calypso in 1997. Before that he worked at Infinity Financial Technology, where his roles included chief technology officer and director of software engineering. He previously worked at Daisy Systems developing software tools for chip designers.

Kishore holds a B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, BITS Pilani, M.S. in Computer Science, University of South Florida.

Rollin FordFormer CIO & Chief Logistics Officer, Walmart

Rollin brings a wealth of experience in global supply chain, logistics and executive leadership to Hwy Haul. He helped build Walmart’s transportation to be the 2nd largest private fleet in America and we intend to leverage his experience and guidance to build a world class digital freight platform in a similar, exponential fashion.

Vivek MehraPartner Emeritus, August Capital

Vivek Mehra is an active advisor and board member and has worked with over thirty startups and public companies. He has been involved in exits worth over $7 billion. Previously Vivek Mehra was a General Partner at August Capital, a technology-focused venture capital firm based in San Francisco. Vivek co-founded Cobalt Networks which had a very successful IPO and was later acquired by Sun Microsystems for $2 billion.

Dheeraj PandeyFounder, CEO & Chairman, Nutanix

Dheeraj is the Founder, CEO & Chairman of Nutanix. He brings a wealth of experience of working at high growth enterprise software companies. Prior to founding Nutanix, Dheeraj was the VP of Engineering at Aster Data (now Teradata), where he helped build the product and its engineering team from the ground up. At Oracle, he managed the storage engine group for Oracle Database/Exadata, and co-authored numerous patents in the area of distributed databases. Dheeraj’s entrepreneurial spirit has been recognized with a number of prestigious awards including Dell’s Founders 50 and the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year, Silicon Valley.

Dheeraj is a Ph.D. dropout from University of Texas (Austin), where he was a Graduate Fellow of CS. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India. Dheeraj is also on the Board of Directors at Adobe Inc. (NASDAQ: ADBE).

Girish MathruboothamFounder & CEO, Freshworks

Girish is the Founder and CEO of Freshworks and an investor in many technology startups.

Freshworks was founded in 2010 and has recently raised $150M in Series H funding with a $3.5B valuation.

Girish holds an MBA from the University of Chennai, India.

Rajiv Co-founded Palo Alto Networks, Inc. in 2005 and served as SVP of Engineering until 2014.

STS is the SVP of Engineering at Freshworks and brings in a wealth of experience and expertise in product, technology and supply chain management. Prior to Freshworks, he was the VP and Officer at WalmartLabs and VP of Engineering/Product at Kosmix (acquired by Walmart).

STS holds a Master’s degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison and Bachelor’s from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India.

John RedgraveCofounder & CEO, Sentropy

John is the Co-founder and CEO of Sentroopy, an internet security company building machine learning products to detect and fight online abuse. Prior to Sentroopy he was a COO at Lattice Data (acquired by AAPL) and also worked for Palantir Technologies where he helped the company grow from a few millions to $20B.

John obtained his MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and his AB in Economics with honors from Brown University.

Parmeet ChaddhaSVP, Cloud Simple

Parmeet has 30+ years of general management experience in technology ventures, with a focus on Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics and Enterprise Business Systems. Besides multiple successful startup exits, Parmeet has held executive leadership roles at premier technology companies, such as Oracle, IBM, EMC, Nutanix and Google. He is an active angel investor in vibrant Silicon Valley startups. As an honorary member of USINPAC, he has been a non-Resident Indian delegate to Government of India. He is an honorary charter member of the IndUS Entrepreneurs (TiE) Group.

Manoj AgarwalCo-founder, DevRev; former SVP, Nutanix

Manoj was the SVP and GM of Hybrid Cloud at Nutanix, he joined Nutanix in 2013 and was responsible for hiring more than 500 Engineers and Product Managers and building the core innovation in the areas of compute platform (AHV hypervisor), hybrid cloud infrastructure (Xi Leap) and Nutanix on AWS and Azure.

Prior to Nutanix, Manoj was at Sandisk, EFI and STMicroelectronics.

Naeem ZafarCo-founder and CEO at TeleSense

Naeem is a serial entrepreneur and the founder & CEO of TeleSense. Naeem is 7X startup entrepreneur and 5X CEO with successful exists. He is deeply ingrained in the Silicon Valley ecosystem and frequently speaks about innovation and entrepreneurship. Naeem has authored five books on entrepreneurship and he teaches entrepreneurship at UC Berkeley and Northeastern University. He has a graduate degree in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota.
